February 2023 - Here are some typical dishes that we sometimes we eat and sometimes don't! Here is some delicious food prepared for us by our good friend Natasha.

Kazakhstanis are proud of their meat-centered diet. They are the second largest consumers of meat in the world? [This is where you ask: "Who's first?" The answer: "Wolves." Jim's work colleagues from Almaty LOVE that joke!] We enjoy the beef and chicken. Jim has eaten some horse. We have avoided lamb and camel, especially the smoked camel hump.
